American Family Dinner Program

The American Family Dinner Program (AFDP) offers members of the Syracuse community the opportunity to host an international student for dinner during the school year.  When you participate in the American Family Dinner Program, you enjoy a rich, cultural experience and may build friendships to last a lifetime. Your afternoon or evening shared with an international student is arranged in coordination with Syracuse University’s Slutzker Center for International Services (SCIS).  Host families are asked to complete a brief form indicating their interests and the times they are available.  For more information, please contact the ICS office at (315) 471-0252, the SCIS at (315) 443-2457.
