ICS was recently given the distinction of being highlighted in the National Report for Open World.  The program mentioned was our 2008 Azerbaijan group that focused on the theme of “Disabilities”.  Besides being one of our favorite agenda’s ever, the group was also present here in Syracuse for one of the most historical Presidental elections in recent times.
